Kunena 5.1.8 Released - Security Release (30 Dec 2018)

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 5.1.8 [K 5.1.8] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 3.9.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 5.1 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 5.1. This is a Security release. Fixes 3 XSS security issues.

I have same problem with mail. I can send mail from Joomla, but cant send mail from Kunena

I had the same problem at one of my test pages and made many tests. Maybe it's only coincidence, but when I enter another sender address, then the mail will sent.
Please try it:
Go to Kunena configuration -> tab General and enter at "Forum E-mail Address" a address such as This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Then test it please. Maybe then we can find the cause.

karloshull is right. Problem was not fixed with nightly build as of 6-8.

Same with 5.1.1 release. Error not repaired.
I also see that the User List brings 404 when SEF in the Kunena config is "on".
