Add attachments in a Reply, but before you submit you press [ x Remove All ] and then [ Submit ]

You'll see the attachments are still there.

You can also see that after using [ x Remove All ] and then clicking on [ INSERT ALL ] that the removed images are put into the textarea.

Hello,

I'am not able to reproduce the issue, are-you put the files by browse them on the filesystem or by drag&drop ?

I've been using the "Browse by filesystem". I'll try again here in the "demo" part

Confirmed, its a bug. If you click on "Remove All", then the attachments will removed from the preview but nevertheless inserted in the message.
