This is the error when try to login:
You have entered information to an obsolete form from another session. Please verify that the user account is yours and please try again!

This is the error when try to create a new account:
The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.

However, I haven't give up, I am still testing in both scenarios (local and cloud))
If you think this must be handled as a different topic just tell me, I will create a new topic.

  • Error You have entered information to an obsolete form from another session...
  • I don't use HikaShop.

Until now, seems to be a particular problem with my production site because I have tested with a new installation (Joomla 3.5.1 + Kunena 4.0.10) and there is no problem.
I am still making some tests, I'll let you know as soon as I got something

The error message "You have entered information to an obsolete form from another session" is generated by Kunena (the constant is COM_KUNENA_ERROR_TOKEN).

It is usually generated when there is a mismatch between the Joomla session and the Kunena session; usually this is if one session length is different to the other session length. What happens is that the security token for Kunena expires at a different time to the Joomla security token. The simplest way to fix this is to make the session length the same. I have explained this before in this forum.

Apparently the developers have a different approach and suggested that you do some strange things like "refresh your browser cache" or "delete the entries in the Kunena session table"); their advice might work but I wouldn't try those ideas myself.

Also, the discussion about errors from "obsolete sessions" is completely different to the question asked in msg #1 (which was about problems with verification emails).
