Kunena 7.0.2 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

yes, okay then this apparently doesn't work on the kunena.org forum I'll try it in a different way

ha I selected the xxxx_kunena from the old website and exported it in phpmyadmin and then it appears in my download folder.
But if your old site is no longer up and running
could you perhaps use an old backup locally serve as wamp?

I am thinking I can download the current one and then delete and reinstall Kunena to see of that works.
May I ask the exact steps you took to download the sql file?
