Kunena 6.4.7 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.7[K 6.4.7] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.
Sticky Problems after upgrading to K6.1.3
In all previous Joomla versions there is "en" in it.
Maybe someone tested for 6.1.3 with the Dutch language and changed there the "en" to "nl" and forgot to undo it.
For me it also works with "nl" in the ckeditor.js, but does the CKEditor speak with you now also in Dutch after the change in the ckeditor.js?

You did give me an idea in a test site
I have now named the original in kunena "oud_ckeditor.js".
and replaced from the downloaded version you suggested
CKEditor 4.19.0 "ckeditor.js"
And the special thing is that it works and also in Dutch
With kind regards

Quote from user Gindi :
To fix the problem, in the /media/kunena/core/js/ckeditor.js file, at the end of the file, change the last line "CKEDITOR.lang.languages={"nl":1};}()); " to "CKEDITOR.lang.languages={"en":1};}()); ".
After that the CKEditor works for the Dutch users
