Sticky Problems after upgrading to K6.1.3

yes i mean also on the org kunena forum .
The normal editor no longer works
can only respond with quick reply

I don't even understand why this is happening all of a sudden
it happened after the forum was updated to Version 6.1.13 2023-08-10
Have now set all Forum settings to default and cleared cache
Cookies etc also completely cleared but nothing helps.
Maybe this is from which country are you posting something?

Can't create a new topic either
even though I choose subject and for pictures with
then get this message
Cannot save message: Message body is empty!

I have now even done a completely clean Joomla Version 4.3.3 installation locally in wamp server.
Also downloaded and installed the latest kunena version again
but it remains that the CKeditor does not want to work only with the quick reply button I can reply to a message.
If I use the kunena template setting SCeditor then everything works okay

Could it be a problem of the language file with the local settings?
My national language is German, I use the CKEditor and so far I have no problems with K 6.1.3

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case either.
Tried everything including language files etc.
Here in the Netherlands the CKeditor suddenly stopped working.
I've already tested it myself with turning off my virus protection etc
But do I do a clean install joomla and then with
Kunena 6.1.2 2023-07-08 then everything works fine again.
That's why I don't really get it anymore.
And it remains annoying that I can now only respond to this forum with the senl reply button, I can type text there

It is strange! After I installed a backup of my Lifesite on my local webserver on Friday and updated Kunena from version 6.1.2 to version 6.1.3 and everything worked fine, on Monday I updated kunena 6.1.2 to Kunena 6.1.3 on my Lifesite. Tests showed that everything works without problems.
Today (Tuesday) I wanted to update the Lifesite backup from Friday in another test version on the local webserver from Kunena 6.1.2 to Kunena 6.1.3.
The update failed.

Nothing has changed, it's still the same package on our download page.
I have already tried everything, but cannot reproduce any of these errors.

okay i'm a step further i don't know if i can explain it well.
But if I extract from pkg_kunena_v6.1.2_2023-07-08.zip the kunena_media_v6.1.2.zip on my PC and from there the \core\js\
the core\js\ckeditor.js and core\js\ckeditor_config.js
copy to the test site "\testkunenazes\media\kunena\core\js\"
then the editors work fine.
I must honestly say that I have tried the difference in this one
two versions to compare but I don't see that so quickly
but maybe someone with more knowledge of these two files will notice the difference

in version kunena_media_v6.1.3 this is the last line "CKEDITOR.lang.languages={"nl":1};}()); "
and in the version kunena_media_v6.1.2.zip this is the last line
"CKEDITOR.lang.languages={"en":1};}());"
And I can't really explain this both kunena version come
