bug?? was created by HarryT3
Hi

I use Joomla 4.2.5 and Kunena 6.0.6.
When I am in moderation and try to remove a topic i get
"**View not found [name, type, prefix]: category, html, site**"

(I translated it, so in english it might be slightly different.)

It is an a site which is converted from joomla 3.10 to Joomla 4.2.5

How to solve this?

In addition

For every "action" I get an error 500
I uninstalled Kunena on Joomla 3.10, upgraded to Joomla 4.2.5 and installed Kunena 6.0.6.

Please use meaningful titles for your questions and not always just "Bug?" for each topic.
Enable the debug mode for a meaningful error message and also create a configuration report. docs.kunena.org/en/faq/configuration-report

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

The debug options:
  system
     debug system : yes
     debug language : yes
  server
     error reporting : max
where already enabled. It doesn't provide more info.

If I test a fresh installation from scratch without the current forum data, it works correct.

See below for my configuration of the installation with the problem:

Hi can you check in kunena config tab General what you have configured for "Direct Component Access"?
If set to Yes, set it to No and test if that solves the issue

Hi

I would be happy to do so, but I can't find that configuration in any of the "General configuration" sub tabs. Nor can I find it in configuration.php.
Can you give me a hint where to find it?

Thanks

You can find it in the Kunena configuration on the General tab. But you don't need to look for it, I see in the configuration report that direct component access is allowed (accessComponent = 1).
But I also see that you have a mess in your menus again. Delete all Kunena menu items, also all menu items in other menus that lead to the forum, and then also from the trash.
Then have the menus recreated again, and publish only the alias menu item you created yourself in the main menu.
Menu Issues   Menu Tips
Then test everything before you try to move menu items to other menus again.
