1. When loading that zip I get the following in the install popup:

Kunena Installation Failed!

Preparing installation...

Installation Details

Preparing installation...

2. Then in the Extensions install page the following message:
Message
Installing Kunena...

Installation of the package was successful.

3. Yet I still see the "Please complete Kunena Installation!" message on the left menu which takes me to a failed installation page showing the following:

Kunena 4.0.8-DEV Installer
Kunena Installation Failed!

Preparing installation...
Installation Details

Preparing installation...

Still no luck, I really appreciate the help, by the way, thanks.

The installer doesn't appear to get past the initial installation steps before failing...

Unfortunately this isn't hosted at the moment. It's in my local development environment which I can't share to the outside. We have a hosted version through AWS on Linux which hasn't had any issues. Just the development environment running on Windows in our shop. I may just start from scratch at this point...
