Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Another hour or so...
Now I can enter the CB control panel (and everything CB) I first did a Akeeba complete backup.
Copied the backup file to another place.
And took the risk. BUT: installation fails. Again the same picture. In Joomla admin/components I see Kunena with all the K-components. Clicking on one of this menu-items brings me immediately back to the error message.
So I searched and cleaned the database.
And used CB tools to clean/repair CB database and CB plugin database.
Back to square one!
But in my garden: the sun is shining!

Oh, I see new update version 4.0.5.
But, Unfortunately, the known result. Installation failed.

try on a subdomain of your live site. And try again. The issue must be somewhere on your mamp installation.

Dank je wel Jelle. Thank You for your patient assistance.
Tomorrow I leave to my daughter in France. So this everning I installed the backup on my Windows 10/XAMPP/htdocs.

1. Unfortunately, the known result and the cleaning off the database.
2. Extentions/upload package. Error: php upload file size too small
3. Install via URL and guess what: Yess!

I will be back home about 20 October and start this adventure all over again on my Mac.
