Hi

I'm getting another after updating to Kunena 3.0.5
It says:

Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/dev/urandom) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/web245/html/:/var/www/web245/phptmp/:/var/www/web245/files/:/var/www/web245/atd/:/usr/share/php/) in /var/www/web245/html/www.sternenkreis.de/libraries/phpass/PasswordHash.php on line 51

I didn't see it before because it only occurs when coming fresh to the homepage and when I already am on the homepage and push the "refresh" button of the browser it dissapears.

It concerns me a bit because of the "readable" and "Passwordhash.php" but I simply do not understand what it means. Is it a security breach of some kind? or just a template problem? Can I safely turn the error message in the global config to "simple" (it dissapears then) or is it something I need to act upon?

Greetings - Ishtar

This error message has nothing to do with Kunena. This topic should be moved to the Miscellaneous, off-topic and general Joomla category because you have a problem with Joomla.

You may get some good advice about this problem by going to the Joomla forum ( forum.joomla.org ). I hope this helps.
