Question Fresh Installed Kunena 3.0.3 -- Who Is Online & Kunena Forum Statistics not visible

Hello every one. I am new to this kunena. I had this problem. Hope you can help me here..
I install a fresh copy of kunena. But Who Is Online & Kunena Forum Statistics not visible. What exactly the problem?

Hi mike666,

You try to check the forum configuration. Login to the your back-end and go to "Components -> Kunena Forum -> Configuration". Click the Extra tab and scroll down to the "Statistics Settings".

Check some config options:

- Show Who is Online: Yes
- Show Statistics: Yes
- Show General Statistics: Yes
- Show Popular User Statistics: Yes

Click to "Save" button to save your configurations and back to your forum, refresh it see the changes.

Show Statistics selected option: Yes.

But still nothing happens...

In theory, to display the Who is Online and Forum Statistics on the Recent Topics or Index views, you should have the following configuration settings:

Configuration » Extras » Statistics Settings » Show Who is Online = Yes

Configuration » Extras » Statistics Settings » Show Statistics = Yes

If this does not work, try clicking the Restore Default button on the Forum Configuration panel.

I did the Restoration but still nothing happens it only goes back to the original view which you can see in my first attachment...

is there any other way to code those "Who is Online and Statistics"
to view in a "advance custom HTML" module form?

site is offline. but the site will be Live as soon as this problem will be solve. I haven't uploaded the web data yet since the problem still exist.

can anybody here tell me if there is any php line that can enable the visibility of 'Who Is Online & Kunena Forum Statistics' in my template.?
