Using Kunena 5.2.6. in Joomla 3.10.
All members activated to subscription in tab Users for all categories.
If a new message is placed in a category members receive the message in their email 3 or 4 times.
What do I have to change in the settings?

That's not a configuration problem. If is set on  category subscription to E-mail New Posts, e-mails will be posted for all new postings made in categories that users are subscribed to.
Your users get, for the same single post, more than one mail?

Yes, but the problem is that they got not one mail but 3 same mails for one message at the same time. The question is what could cause this problem

I can't reproduce this issue. This happens at all new posts or only randomly? The mail will be sent, if a user click on Submit. But I see in your configuration, that user can always delete his own post. Is it possible that instead of editing the post, some users delete and rewrite it?

It happens with all new posts.
On the sub "Users" I added all users to subscription on new posts in categories.
Then they receive 3x a mail on a new post.
When a user makes a subscription in a category in the forum only he receives one time a mail.

My question : is it not possible to include all users in a subscription via the sub "users"?

Users can remove the forced subscription in their profile. If they are nevertheless interested, they can subscribe to the category themselves.

Thanks a lot for your reactions.
But to be honest it is not an answer to my question. That users can describe themselves is clear.
My question was : is it not possible to include all users in a subscription via the sub "users"?

Whether a user subscribes a category themselves or you do it through the backend, the result is always the same. A row is added to the #__kunena_user_categories table with the category ID, the user ID and the value 1 for subscribed.

Are you perhaps using the extension auto subscription for Kunena?
