The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

Sorry guys for bothering you before. You are right. All that wasn't the problem, Permissions works right.
BUT I now found why I was mislead all the time:
If I set the Category Channel to "Display all subcategories" then the main category is not choosable in the Category dropdown (against expectations what this Category Channel choice should really do)
So in my case where I had only one category and no sub-category under the category then it lead to my problem and had thrown to the insufficient permission message.
Strange anyway. Maybe you can test that case if you get same result as myself.
