Kunena 6.0.9.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.0.9.1 [K 6.0.9.1] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.0 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Hello.
I have downloaded and have established plg_kunenadiscuss.zip.
But I can not take advantage of it: under article that it is not displayed.
I insert the text into article {mos_fb_discuss:5}, but it simply disappears, and comments or the reference to a kenu-forum are not present

I have read the previous posts, but there was no to them a decision. (Or I have overlooked it?)

Prompt please how correctly to use this plug-in?

My installations:
Joomla 1.5.14
Legacy is switched off.
Kunena 1.5.4. (build 12) (from Adeptus)
The plug-in version (plg_kunenadiscuss.zip): 1.10

Thanks

I seem have understood.
It was necessary to establish value "Allow Manual Override" in "Yes".
After that code {mos_fb_discuss:5} works.

I just decided to give this a try. Seems good so far.

Just one minor complaint. If "First Post Handling" is set to 2 or 3 it seems that the thread is created as soon as the person clicks the "discuss this in the forum" link, even if the user does not comment.
Is it possible to get them to behave in the same way as 1, so it's only created once the comment is entered?

Good work. Hope to see this developed further :)

Edit: Also, any chance of a CAPTCHA being added to the quickpost, for guests?

I've been using this now, and it seems to have some glaring problems :(

The link to the article in the forum topic it creates is wrong and leads to a 404. I'm using Joomla's standard SEO, no SEO extensions.
I really hope to see this fixed.

Also when First Post Handling is set to 1, the format of the post is messed up and there is no space between the link and post.

No problem, just needs integration. There are incompatibilities with myblog display compared to standard joomla display of articles.
