tried migrating from Agora 3.0138 to Kunena 1.5x then upgrading to 1.61, tested on a sandpit, and worked, but get errors when trying to migrate on the live one.
Will be glad to help out as and where I can

Avatars did not make it when I did this. I ended up downloading everyone's avatars and posted them in the forum where they could get them and upload them themselves. I could not find a a way to migrate them in on the back end but since I only have about 200 users it wasn't impractical for me to let them take care of their own.

Yeah, I did the migration although having the images point to the agora component is not something I could imagine going with. Especially since every image opens in a new window and if I ever uninstalled agora all pics would be lost.

Currently thinking about a new solution for my Agora forum, I would gladly volunteer if you think my environment is big enough for your tests.
My main forum currently has around 200 users and 3k5 messages. It's not much, but if it can help in having a proper converter, you can count on my help

Is this still in the works? Do you plan on having attachments convert also?
