Kunena 6.2.5 & module Kunena Latest 6.0.7 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.5 [K 6.2.5] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x/4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

Hallo zusammen,

Nach Fireboard habe ich Kunena installiert, das Forum läuft auch ohne Probleme. Dann habe ich mir das Modul: mod_kunenalatest besorgt und installiert. Leider aber funktioniert das nicht, ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getfbgroupname() (previously declared in .../components/com_kunena/class.fireboard.php:276) in .../components/com_kunena/class.kunena.php on line 279

Was kann ich tun?

Ok, das ist die neueste. Hast du Fireboard noch neben Kunena laufen? Wenn du es nicht mehr brauchst, deinstallier Fireboard komplett, dann müsste der Fehler verschwinden (denke ich jedenfalls).

Jo, diese Idee hatte ich auch schon, bin dann aber davon abgewichen, weil in der Datenbank nichts expliziet über Kunena steht. Die DB hat nur Einträge mit jos_fb.

So war ich mir nicht wirklich sicher, ob ich mit der denistallation nicht das ganze Board abschiesse.

Sollte nicht passieren. Sicher deine Datenbank (sollte man immer vorher machen), versuche es und wenn es schief läuft, importier die gesicherte Datenbank wieder - dann hast du aber dennoch Fireboard vom Server runter, nur die Daten sind noch in der Datenbank.

Sodale, nun habe ich mal die Komponente com_kunena via ftp umbenannt , dito mit dem fireboard latest modul.

Und siehe da, es funktioniert so, ohne das ich in die DB eingreife, respektive sicherungen machen muss ...

Wo sind die Einträge zu Kunena in der DB?

Kunena nimmt die Daten der Tabelle mit den fb_ Prefixen. Deswegen ist ein Upgrade auch so problemlos möglich (von Fireboard = > 1.05 nach Kunena) Deswegen dürfte auch nix gelöscht werden, wenn du Fireboard deinstallierst.

Wieso zur Hölle machst du keine Datenbanksicherung? Sowas ist doch ein Muss! Was tust du bei einem Crash ohne Sicherung?

Und Fireboard nur umbenennen ist auch höchstens eine "test"-Lösung. Jede Dateileiche ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Immer nur das installiert haben, was man auch benötigt.

jaaaa, ist doch klar mit der sicherung. Die sicherung habe ich ja. mache die übrigens einmal die woche. Nur ich wollte nicht jetzt sichern, dann deinstallieren und bei problemen dann alles wieder raufmachen .... also zum test erstmal umbenannt. Also weiß ich nun, woran es liegt.
Nun werde ich meine wochensicherung vorziehen und FB deinstallieren. Ich bin da mal keiner, der rauf und runter wirft. Sonst hätte ich ja hier nicht gefragt, ob es da zusammenhänge gibt.

Ich schrieb dir ja, wenn du fireboard deinstallierst, müsste das Problem behoben sein, da in der Fehlermeldung auf com_kunena verwiesen wurde. Was mir nur anfangs nicht ganz klar war, ob du ein älteres und evtl. fehlerhaftes Modul installiert hattest (das im Quellcode noch nach com_kunena sucht) oder ob Fireboard selbst noch bei dir installiert war.

So eine Datenbanksicherung dauert ja nun nur wirklich lange, wenn sie riesig ist ^^. Ich sicher vor jeder Änderung, na ja, jeder wie er es für richtig hält ;)
