Question CSS Rules Being Overridden

If I remember right - that's a dangerous thing to be writing before 07:00 - there are options to those things using the Kunena Template Manager; at least, if your template is based on the Blue Eagle template, these things are easy to change.

For some reason, the font colors are not taking effect either when edited directly or in the Template Manager, which is odd since the other edits done there are working.

Also, there is no option for font-family in the template manager.

Perhaps, if you post your configuration report, we might be able to help you better. :dry:

It's a bit hard to tell. Everything is in black and white. What do you mean? What colours do you want them to be?

You don't have a forum "entry page". Please read Customised menus . This might get the menu tab colours working for you.

My plan is to make the menu look more like the main site menu, just like I did for my JomSocial menu. The font should be LeagueGothicRegular and the inactive tab font color should be #444444 and #f77f00 on hover.

I am not sure what you mean about no "entry page". Both the main menu item and the main kunena menu item are set to type "Entry Page".

OK, maybe I got it wrong. I hope the documentation reference I gave you helps. Generally-speaking, though, these kinds of "my-menu-tabs-don't-change-colour-when-the-selection-is-highlighted/hovered" problems are because the Joomla menu wasn't properly set up.
