Your Kunena template has the version of the slimbox, you need to check if a new version of your template is available or update by yourself the slimbox

Thanks for your support xillibit! It is the default template, with different colors.

How can I update the slimbox? Sorry, I have no idea...

Guests are not allowed to see the attachments.

You have enabled some kind of JS/CSS minifier. They usually cause a lot of troubles with many components (no idea why), so please try to disable the plugin and try if the attachments work without.

Try using the Blue Eagle template instead. The Example template is not a fully-operational template; it's a "template" for developers of Kunena templates to extend and create new templates from.

Matias is also right: CSS/Javascript aggregators cause lots of problems. Try turning off the one you're using.

Hi Matias and sozzled, thanks for your help!

I enabled guest pictures; you can open them now. I also tried turning off the finalizer, didnt help (tested this before).

For not-loggedin visitors the pictures open in a new screen (because mootools is enabled only for logged-in visitors?!). For logged-in visitors, the pictures open in a slimbox but only half of them. See the screenshot in previous reply to this topic.

It seems as if mootools is the problem?

I can see that your template loads the old slimbox.js (which has been renamed by finalizer); maybe the issue is that your template is too old? Slimbox had a few issues so we changed it.

Try default template -- does it work?

Hm, the default template doesnt really work well it seems.

Can I replace the slimbox.js with a newer version to see if it works? Where can I find that file?
