Kunena 5.1.14 Released - Security release (13 Aug 2019)

The Kunena team is proud to announce the arrival of Kunena 5.1.14 [K5.1.14] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for Joomla 3.9.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 5.1 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 5.1.14. This update fixed 1 security issue.

suddenly my posts with uploaded files are hidden like this post

but the file is uploaded correctly and when i press modify i find the file and it is attached to the post and in administration i found it in uploaded file browser .... i hope i could find the solution

And my missing forum posts reappeared.



you can find this option on site administration .. and go for forum configuration and then choose BBcode ... there you will find trim long urls ... set it to no

Recently forum posts from my users have been .. disappearing.. usually it happens with a picture that is uploaded but its happening with text as well.

I have included three pictures first was a large text post and the second a text post that included an uploaded image.

If I go into the post to edit it, all the text and picture show up - this is the third post

I am currently running Joomla 1.5.25
and running Kunena 1.6.5








Any help would be greatly appreaciated

Hello tgaotu, please upgrade to Kunena 1.7.2, we no longer support 1.6.

I too am having this problem. When I insert a photograph into a message, the message disappears from the normal display. The message is still in the database and can be edited. If you remove the insertion code from the message (

) it reappears. It does not matter where in the message the attachment code appears. I've copied the configuration settings below:
