However, after this process when I enter my username and password (I am sure they are corrects since they are in saved in a file) I receive the error massage "this user does not exist". after I register using kunena login module I receive an email for validation and after I click on the link provided I am redirected to a page where there is only a login module. Also, I would like to know how I could be redirected to the kunena default page instead of the login module page.
Thanks in advance for your help,
MoonDragon

When a user register in to the forum, I do not receive the notification email address specified but on the Super Admin's mail of Joomla.
How can I solve this problem?
My version of Kunena is 2.0.4
Thanks.
PS: I'm italian user.

How do you have configured the settings for mail in Joomla! configuration panel ?
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Hello, everything worked fine before the upgrade.

i recommend that you use a mail adress like: [email protected] with smtp and ssl
and also add the same adress in kunena.

user never register to Kunena Forum. Users always register to Joomla (or other component like Community Builder or Josocial) and email which you insert in Kunena Configuration have nothing to do with registration on your site.
You can choose which user will receive or not system email in Joomla User Manager if you do not use community Builder or Jomsocial.
When you EDIT users you can choose if that user can receive system email or not.
