Hi & thanks for the post, but I'm good on that as I have about 30 websites running and never an issue there. My ISP is on top of upgrades needed also.

Interesting issue... but what I see in basic at first, you have
Anyway... In Kunena Third party components requirements are clearly there, which is a good fill at first: docs.kunena.org/index.php/Kunena_1.7.2_R...ponents_requirements
If that make your SEO conflict, it would be good to know...
? Even I don't know of CB anything, that 1.3.1 is a rather old? Was 1.8 or something the latest?Third-party components: CommunityBuilder 1.3.1

No shared server here - dedicated IP.
I already checked those conflicts and seems I need to upgrade this site to 2.5.

Hello woodstock, I just noticed that you are using a RocketTheme template, I don't know how I missed that from the beginning.
Please make sure your extensions for that template are updated to the latest versions as having outdated extensions can cause all sorts of conflicting issues with Kunena and Joomla.
If you still have an active Club Member's account you can update your extensions to the latest ones.

While that's not a bad idea, we do not believe that Kunena routing and SEO are, in any way, dependent on whether you're using J! 1.5.25 or J! 2.5.3.woodstock wrote: ... seems I need to upgrade this site to 2.5.

What seems strange is that version 1.5.9 works fine with this template and I did upgrade all extensions back in 2011 which was the last time RT upgraded. So, what's different in 1.6.2 and 1.6.3 which is causing SEO conflicts?
Another point is, why can I select a FORUM TOPIC with no error but then get an error when I try to read the threads?
As much as I hate to do this, I may have to reinstall a local MAMP version and rebuild it back one extension at a time until I see an error and, mind as well, do it in 2.5?
