I know, sorry.

Well, I have added the default_ex and changed all the files, but I have the same problem than the another user; the bars are too long:

One question, is it possible to use all this on default (without "_ex") template? Because I have other changes in it.

Thank you again and apologizes for any inconvenience.

Hi iseca,

yes, it is possible to do this with your template but manually. If you can pack all files involved ( #25978 ) from your template and attach here I'll do this for you.

Hi @quila!

I'm actually pleased for your offer.
Here you are my files, but I haven't packaged the files in Default_ex template, because I only have Default template in my FTP right now.

Really thanks!

Thanks iseca,

there is some file missing from your default template to complete change.
Attach here the files:
  • kunena.forum.css
  • showcat.php
  • view.php

Thanks again!

Hi @quila!!

Thank you very much!
I have a little problem but the rest is working perfectly. The "problem" is that the user and pass fields are too long in my template (but they are right on the original template of Joomla)
I mean:
-Bad: pacificador.byethost24.com/index.php?opt...com_kunena&Itemid=54
-Right: pacificador.byethost24.com/index.php?opt...com_kunena&Itemid=55

Do you think there is a solution?

Thank you again!!

Yes,

this is a conflict with your JOOMLA template.

Open the file template.css of your joomla template and find rules (line 1870)

#modlgn_username, #modlgn_passwd {
width:90%;
}

instead of 90% insert 100px.

that's it.

Hello:

I seem to be having a similar problem as most. I have used the patch and it worked well, but I am seeing the username and password field are too long.I have tried some of the fixes that people recommend, but nothing has worked yet. Any other suggestions to get the login to be short.

Thanks
