My concern is that the developers post stated "Quick question: what is K2?" and that was "1 year, 3 months ago".

modernmagic: You conveniently overlooked the subsequent advice: "If there is a way [to integrate K2 with Kunena] it has to be coded into K2."

You're lobbying in the wrong quarters. If you want this "integration" achieved, it requires the goodwill and co-operation of both development teams. What's K2's take on this idea of yours?

The majority of replies, to my on my posts regarding Kunena on the K2 forums, are to switch to Ninjaboard.

I will focus on more specific issues of integration then this broad post.

For example:

I too can not get a k2 item to work with the
Code:
[article]id[/article]
feature.

... and we have consistently stated that there are integration issues with K2 that need to be worked through by the development teams of both Kunena and K2.

If that is their reaction then I would say there is little likelihood of a successful joint-venture between Kunena and K2, wouldn't you?

Unfortunately I am just a user trying to figure things out.

I'm sure the developers of Kunena can do more then me by simply contacting k2:

or

or the lead dev on twitter @joomlaworks
