I got the same problem that the text "Discuss this article" doesn't change when one change to Spanish on my multi-lingual website (English-Spanish).
I've been editing "Discuss this article" to "Discutir este articulo" in the file "es-ES.plg_content_kunenadiscuss.ini" and uploaded it to the folder "languages/es-ES", but it still shows "Discuss this article"
I've even tried to upload the same file to "administrator/languages/es-ES", but it doesn't make a difference

I realized that the file "" is only located in "administrator/language/en-GB" and in "administrator/language/es-ES". I replaced the text "Discuss this article" with "Comment this article" in the file located in "administrator/language/en-GB", then it change to "Comment this article" in both the English and Spanish language versions. Kunena Discuss doesn't seam to use the file in "es-ES".
I found the problem. The file "es-ES.plg_content_kunenadiscuss.ini" had ";" at the beginning of these lines of code, which made them inactive. Removing the initial ";" infront of the lines solved the problem.

Lines which are comment out with a semicolon, aren't translated or need a translation correct. I've checked it. The Kunena extensions are not fully translated for Spanish language.
