Question the subdomain asociate with forum is not shown in the address bar

I need support for that problem.
I type in the address bar the subdomain name and the forum is accessed, but there no remains the subdomain name.
Please help.

I type: forum.apismelifera.ro and after is opened in adress bar is writting: apismelifera.ro/forum/index

and now i can't login with any user..
