Hi.

Thanks for your answer.

There is no table with the word "kunena" included.

Prefix is dbbvf_ (for this homepage; I use the database for two homepages with different prefixes).
I chose that prefix rom the start (joomla installation). That means, all components uses the same prefix (like CB, K2 etc).

Best regards
Peter

So in this case the Kunena installation has failed

When you had installed last version of Kunena, was there an error message ?

Did-you have done a clean install of Kunena or an update from a previous version ?

Did-it ended successfully or did-you have seen errors ?

Hi,

it was a clean install from scratch, however I tried it many times.
Every time I had no Errors beside that 1146 error.

To be sure, I doublechecked every time whether there are any tables named *kunena*, but no such tables.
I use the newest Joomla, and the latest Kunena Installation set.

I needed to manually delete alle kunena data (components and in the admin area) in order to be able to access the Homepage again.

what you can try is, install kunena on a different website. (local or live). then export the kunena database and import it on the other site. Then rename the prefix to your prefix.

Then install kunena again.

I have now created a new Joomly-Site, installed Kunena on that site, then imported the tables into the real database and changed the prefix into that one I am using.
After that, I installed Kunena in the real web space.

It worked. Kunena is installed and the site is still working.
Thank you for this solution.

Still I am wondering:
What was the problem? What is this error?

Best
Peter
