I have the following problem:

I have no BBCODE buttons (like in other threads in this board described). But when I change the Kunena template to default, the bbcode Buttons are shown.

My own template (which does noch show the bbcode buttons) produces the following error:

Error: $("kanynomous-check-name") is null

Hello,

Enable the debug mode in kunena configuration panel to load the javascript files uncompressed.

And compare with a tool like winmerge the editor.js from your template and with default template.

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Thank you for your fast answer.

All JS files are taken from Kunenas default template folder (check the path), so there are no differences between the js from my template to the defaults.

as a temporary workaround I deleted the checks in the JS file using the kanynomous-check-name procedure. It shows bbcodebuttons for now, but it is no permanent solution
